Testimonials

Mark and Doug Nesbitt, Cannock Chase, Midlands

Since introducing these pigeons in 2008, they have won from the word go. Unfortunately I could not give the birds 100% as I was undergoing kidney dialysis. In 2010, we crossed the Cooremans with our Van Reets and Soontjens, this put a new lease of life into our successful winning families. in 2011, these Cooremans and crosses, we unstopable, winning 15x1sts. Also, winning £2,500 in the Cosworth Stud Gold Ring Race, a race in which the cream of the Midlands compete, having 6 pigeons in the first 30 as well as the winner.

We are looking for better things from these fantastic birds, as my health has improved, I would like to thank Bob Fenech for supplying us with some quality birds.

Richard and Jimmy Hamilton, New Ross, Ireland

We have been racing the Cooreman pigeons from Bob Fenech since young bird season 2006 and they won from the first race that they were sent too. They have since won many races for us, up to and including sect in the federation and also national and also have topped the federation every year since we got them.

We don’t mention club wins as we have not competed at club level for a few years, but we race as individual members of the South Leinster Federation. We don’t sell many pigeons, but the few that we have sold have made us very proud of our pigeons. This season in one week, three different federations were won with Cooremans bred in our loft. The Munster Federation in a race from Scotland, The Centre Road Federation from N. Ireland and the South Leinster Federation from France. We believe that these piegeons are the best family of pigeons that we have ever owned, they are totally honest and will do their very best to come home no matter what the conditions.

D&J Armstrong and Son, Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

I first met Bob Fenech in October 2003, I wanted to see his family of superstars and I was very impressed. I ordered 3 pairs and I wanted to pay for them, he said “No, wait till next year“ I thought straight away that this is an honest guy anyone else would have taken the money and run. The following year I got the birds and they won from the off, and are still winning today.

Some of the best results in 2010 are 7x1sts in a row in the Carrick Social RPC with 300 to 500 birds per week. I think that this is a club record.

Carrick and District HPS, 6x1sts in a row with 200 to 350 birds per week. There are no doubts, these are the greatest birds I have ever owned.

Ian Wallace, Essex

I purchased a hen from a Louis Cooreman sale in Doncaster, this hen is probably the best hen we have ever owned. She is a dam of 6 federation winners for us, and she has also bred numerous federation winners for others too.

She also is the Grand Dam of 4 federation winners, plus numerous 2nds, 3rds, 4ths etc…

This hen was paired with a Jannsen cock, so these Coremans do not only breed well when together, but crossed as well. They are really genuine, honest pigeons.

Fred Harnett, Essex

I bought the Cooremans a few years back from Bob Fenech and they have done everything that he said they would, topping the federation on many occasions. They have bred fed winners for friends of mine, the only problem I find with these, I keep a small number of pigeons and I can’t lose them… so selecting them at the end of the year is very difficult.

I am sure you will get a genuine deal at this fantastic sale.

Barry Hall, Essex

I purchased the Cooremans about 3 years ago, these pigeons win from the word go, topping the fed for me at least 4 times.

They are real honest, hardworking pigeons, born to win.

Phil Gones, Wheathampstead, Herts

I first purchased pigeons two years ago, when I was working in Harlow, Essex. I used to drive past the lofts of Bob Fenech and one day, decided to give him a ring. These pigeons won immediately for me, topping the federation straight away.

This year, we have had 6 federations 1st prizes in the Thames Valley Fed. The Cooreman pigeons have definitely topped it twice for us. I have one cock, which we call the T Ring Cock, he has never topped the fed, but has had 3 or 4 second feds.

These are really great pigeons!

F White, Essex

In 2011, I raced two Cooreman young birds. These two pigeons had 3x1st Essex Central Feds, a 2nd Essex Central Fed and a 2nd Essex and Kent Combine.

These are absolutely fantastic pigeons as you can see by the results.

Clarke Brothers, Essex

This year was another great year with the Cooreman pigeons for us, we won 10x1st Clubs, 8x1sts Havering North Road Feds, 1st London North Road Combine from Thurso (505 Miles). This was a very hard-working day, these pigeons do not only sprint from 100 miles, but they sprint from the distance.

1st and 3rd Combine that day were 2 Cooreman pigeons, the first for ourselves, and 3rd was Bob Fenech himself with a yearling cock, that had already won at Doncaster earlier in the year. These are great all-rounders.

J Clark, Kent

Since obtaining these Cooremans from Bob Fenech 3 years ago, I have won in excess of 50 first clubs, many times, taking the first 6 positions in the club.

I have also taken the first 4 in the federation, on several occasions. I have also had many combine and national and BICC honours too.

I feel that these are the best pigeons that I have ever owned, since buying them they have taken me to the top and kept me there.

In the Sidcup Club, I had 10 straight wins in the club, taking the first 6 positions on each occasion.

Lee Fribins, Essex

This year a Cooreman pigeon purchased from Bob Fenech, won the Essex and Kent Amal for me.

I always wanted to win it with a great pigeon, and my dream came true as this cock has won 15x1st prizes for me.

W Smith, Swanley, Kent

I have raced against these super sprinters for the past three years in my club, also in the federation, there are several fanciers racing the Cooremans. I could not compete with the Cooremans, so last year I decided to go to the source of these pigeons, Bob Fenech, and I purchased some late youngsters.

I bred out of these soley and in 2011, I won 5x1st Clubs, taking the first 4 positions on each occasion. Taking the First Five in the Bromley Midweek Club, plus winning 3x1st Federation, never being out of the first six of the Fed, and to top it off, I was 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Kent Invicta Combine.

Pigeon racing is easy with the right pigeons!

Bill Farrell, Liverpool

I purchased some youngsters from Bob Fenech in 2011, I had 6 races with these youngsters and was 1st and 2nd in 4 of these races, and in the last race of the season, it put the icing on the cake as I was 1st and 2nd Club, 2nd and 3rd Fed, and 2nd and 3rd Combine.

These Cooreman pigeons are the best I have flown!

Darren Lyons

I contact Bob Fenech at the end of the summer in 2009, to purchase some Cooreman pigeons. He told me that he was very sorry that he couldn’t help me, and asked where I was from. When I told him, he told me to contact his good friend Jimmy Hamilton.

In September 2009, I paid Jimmy a visit and ended up leaving with 10 late breds from his widowhood cocks. These I brought home and left out flying around and never trained.

The following year I trained them and they came well but I didn’t race them. This year, I decided to try them out and boy was I amazed. They won from the off!
Out of 5 cocks raced, three won 1st club, two won 1st fed and the other was 5th fed and the other was 4th club, twice being 8th fed and 17th fed. The other cock that was only a late bred from 09 went onto fly all the races this year and the icing on the cake was to clock him from Thurso winning 2nd Club 12th Fed and 18th National 456 miles. P.s. We topped the Munster Federation five times, becoming fancier of the year.
